Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
·        Manufacturing faults in stitching, zippers, fasteners, and buckles
·        Material or structural defects due to faulty craftsmanship
·        Waterproof failure due to material defects (not misuse)

What’s Not Covered:
·        Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care, or negligence
·        Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scuffs, fabric fading, scratches)
·        Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
·        Damage due to exposure to extreme elements, submerging in water or through chemicals
·        Repairs or alterations not performed by Premium Products Australia or authorised  service agents

Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, please provide:
1.       Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2.       Photographic/video evidence of the defect
3.       Description of the issue and how it occurred

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or offer a store credit at our discretion.

Limitations:
·        Warranty is non-transferable and applies to original purchaser only.
·        Replacement items do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
·        Premium Products Australia reserves the right to determine the validity of a claim
