Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used
- Items that are not in original packaging and boxing and or without labels attached
- Items with no proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at axo@axopack.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we firstly sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product.
